Highly sensitive U.S. military equipment stored in Libya was stolen over the summer by groups likely aligned and working with terrorist organizations, State Department sources told Fox News — in raids that contributed to the decision to pull Special Forces personnel from the country.
The stolen equipment had been used by U.S. Special Forces stationed in the country. Lost in the raids in late July and early August were dozens of M4 rifles, night-vision technology and lasers used as aiming devices that are mounted on guns and can only be seen with night-vision equipment.
“This stuff is how we win wars. The enemy doesn’t have that,” one source said.

I guess we wait and see what necessitated this fabrication. We’ll have to wait and see which of our soldiers lost their lives because of the material being moved, and subsequently “lost”, in Benghazi.
They assumed that Benghazi was a safe place and just didn’t bother to lock the weapons up. At this point, what difference does it make?
They probably were stolen from an unlocked box with a label saying Special weapons free to use. They probably also left plenty of ammo with the weapons.

Not sure why towel heads would steal M-16s, they are likely too complicated for their kind of ops.
No big deal here. Anyone can buy that kind of weaponry at the local 7/11 parking lot. Even a Barrett .50 cal. That’s what Al Qaeda recommends—buy its weapons in the U.S. It’s what the drug cartels do.
Bullshit. Military grade night vision is not available to the public. 9/11 used box cutters and Boston used a pressure cooker. Holder gives the drug cartels their weapons. You can’t take guns across the border.
