I gave up reading the Alarmist blogs after very few visits.
The articles and the bloggers are so childish and talk such nonsense, that I cannot stand reading any of the articles or the comments.

Childish nonsense, yes. The sad part is that they will spout some completely unfounded, unjustified bit of psuedo-scientific garbage and then proclaim, “It’s just simple high school physics!”
I wonder sometimes whether one of the reasons why CAGW alarmists hold so tightly and so emotionally to their views is this: for the first time in their life they feel like they really have a deep understanding of something very scientific and important. All their life they have been boggled by deep math and science, and now, at last, they have understood it! How empowering!
Of course they are wrong, but they do not realize that, and now some sceptic comes along and tells them so.

The more knowledgeable you are about science and reality in general, the less prone you are to become scared or alarmed by dubious claims. On the radio yesterday some alarmists declared that the northern hemisphere would soon have to migrate to the south if Fukushima continued to leak radioactivity. Where would you even begin trying to explain radioactivity to someone who believes something like that?
Flannery has been sacked!
“PROFESSOR Tim Flannery has been sacked by the Abbott Government from his $180,000 a year part time Chief Climate Commissioner position with the agency he runs to be dismantled immediately.
Environment Minister Greg Hunt called Prof Flannery this morning to tell him a letter formally ending his employment was in the mail.
In the letter, Mr Hunt tells Prof Flannery: “The Climate Commission does not have an ongoing role, and consequently I am writing to advise you that the Climate Commission has been dissolved, with effect from the date of this letter.
He thanked him for his personal contribution and then said “The Department of the Environment will soon write to you concerning administrative arrangements for finalising your engagement as Chief Climate Commissioner.”
All other climate commissioners will also be sacked with the move to save more than $500,000 this financial year and $1.2 million next financial year.
The Coalition will now take advice on climate change from the Department of the Environment.”
Everyone with the word “climate” in their job title should be sacked.
