Russian investigators say they have found what appear to be hard drugs on board the Greenpeace ship seized during a protest in the Arctic last month.
“During a search of the ship, drugs (apparently poppy straw and morphine) were confiscated,” Russia’s Investigative Committee said.
Poppy straw, or raw opium, can be used to produce morphine or heroin.

It took 3 days for them to *find* the drugs. That is, if you believe the story at face value, which would beg the question (for me at least), if they were planting the drugs, why would it take 3 days to plant them. It would seem more reasonable to me that it would take 3 days to “find” them. They could have been “planted” in a matter of minutes, or hours at worst.

All the left I knew over the years smoked pot and smoked even though they vilified the Tabaco industry . I remember one comrade (smirk) in Sheffield for another obscure group called ‘Workers Power’ , in the early eighties working on a ‘yute’ project giving ingratiating token fags to kids no older than ten and then running down the baccy industry. These people have no shame and when given power impose cruelty upon everyone bar them selves.

It’s very hypocritical of Greenie types to campaign about tobacco and smoking. And yet they quite happily smoke pot which can cause the same ailments as smoking tobacco.
We’ve got this BS campaign going on here in NZ over the recent years to make NZ smokefree. Tobacco industry smokefree. Meanwhile the call for legalizing and smoking of dope which of course makes a mockery of smokefree.
I suppose in their minds ‘evil’ tobacco causes CO2 and GW. But Dope smoke is pure and sacred, man. 🙂

Do we realy think Greenshit could do what it is doing without the consent of most western governments ? I sometimes wonder if they are not one and the same ,certainly the shit part. They all know who we are and where we live. (and what we buy and when we go to work how we get there who we talk to and what we are talking about etc etc etc ) This is not democracy this is mafia.

The way to stop ruthless publicity stunters is via ruthless publicity stunts: arresting them as pirates, locking them up in the Arctic, scattering them in faraway places that will soon be inaccessible for the winter, and now moving one notch upwards with drug crimes. This kind of escalation is virtually boundless, as long as the people are alive, in jail.
I am so glad I am not in charge of Greenpeace worldwide. I do not think i would be able to sleep, eat and maybe even breathe at the thought of where I have sent my ship and people.
That means Greenpeace just bought Comrade Putin a serviceable yacht. They ain’t getting their boat back. Much less their people.
I just can’t understand the level of stupidity those people on board had.
It’s *Russia*, not Sweden or Finland. It’s not some insignificant small company with no friends anywhere, it’s the *government owned oil company*, whose profits Russia’s whole economy depends of.
I do not believe they deserve the sentence they are going to get based on what they are accused of. But I believe they do deserve it on the account of stupidity so incredible it should be deemed criminal all by itself.
I mean, now they are complaining that they can’t eat because the prison doesn’t offer them vegan food. Oh, really? Drugs get planted on their boat just to make their sentencing more likely? Oh, how shocked I am. Truly horrified.
