It has been a disappointing polar bear drowning season this year, with western Arctic ice extent higher than in 1981.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Polar bears have survived many glacial/interglacial cycles during the past 2.5 million years. They are great long distance swimmers today because they evolved to survive the many inter-glacial periods that they experienced. Only the very simple-minded would think that the current Holocene is so much worse for polar bears, than the previous interglacials were, that they might not survive it.

If a polar bear drowns, and no one is around to see it, is it still dead?
Of course not, that does nothing to advance the cause. It ranks right up there with birds that get hit by windmills – It never happened!
Polar bears are very strong swimmers…..How are the climate alarmists going to hold the bears heads under long enough to drown them?
If a polar bear snatches a passing Arctic rower, will he make a noise?
Yeah. But now all of the moose are dying off. We just can’t catch a break with all this climate change.

Mark Serreze said it just a fluke……in 2010.
