No way! The police department and sherrifs have labeled him rightfully a true hero. With this happening a few miles from my home I’m now looking into a good semi-automatic, probably an AR15.

Alton Nolen was just exhibiting acceptable and expected black male behavior according to statements made by Attorney General Holder and President Obama regarding earlier incidents where racist vigilante white cops gunned down innocent unarmed black boys. The FBI is now investigating Mark Vaughan so that justice will be done.
Note that not all police officers have authority to carry guns off-duty!~
