  1. The “civilized” society’s Achilles heel.

How about this anti-Roman Empire cartoon series?

So when will the terrorists for the Roman Empire demand respect?

Remember, the 1999 art exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum of Art, entitled Sensations.
One piece titled ‘A Thousand Years’ was composed of maggots, flies, a cow’s head, sugar and water.
But the most controversial was titled ‘The Holy Virgin Mary’
It depicted a black Madonna adorned with elephant dung and sexually-explicit photos.
Yeah, free speech and all that and I was offended.
I doubt CNN would worry about it being offensive to many American citizens, but a cartoon based upon a certain amount of reality OMG!

  4. rah says:

    That’s because CNN is Bullshit.

    • Gail Combs says:

“A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.” – Ted Turner, founder of CNN

Turner just doesn’t want to be one of the 95% killed off.

  5. gator69 says:

They should have a little star between the ‘C’ and the first ‘N’.

  6. philjourdan says:

It is CNN – the ones that obeyed Saddam before he was deposed.

  7. Richard Todd says:

Those cartoons should have been on the front page of every western newspaper the very next day.

    • Gail Combs says:

Why? The western newspapers are Islamist terrorist enablers. I remember that while firefighters were still dying in the 9/11 twin towers, our local radio station had a real *&%&# of a professor telling us that America DESERVED the attack!

This ‘prof’ was from UNC or Duke, I do not remember which. If I had a kid at that college I would have yanked him the next day and demanded ALL my tuition refunded.

      Treason

The betrayal of one’s own country by waging war against it or by consciously or purposely acting to aid its enemies.

The Treason Clause traces its roots back to an English statute enacted during the reign of Edward III (1327–1377). This statute prohibited levying war against the king, adhering to his enemies, or contemplating his death. Although this law defined treason to include disloyal and subversive thoughts, it effectively circumscribed the crime as it existed under the Common Law. During the thirteenth century, the crime of treason encompassed virtually every act contrary to the king’s will and became a political tool of the Crown. Building on the tradition begun by Edward III, the Founding Fathers carefully delineated the crime of treason in Article III of the U.S. Constitution, narrowly defining its elements and setting forth stringent evidentiary requirements.

Under Article III, Section 3, of the Constitution, any person who levies war against the United States or adheres to its enemies by giving them Aid and Comfort has committed treason within the meaning of the Constitution. The term aid and comfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States, such as furnishing enemies with arms, troops, transportation, shelter, or classified information. If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.

The Treason Clause applies only to disloyal acts committed during times of war. Acts of dis-loyalty during peacetime are not considered treasonous under the Constitution……

Under Article III a person can levy war against the United States without the use of arms, weapons, or military equipment. Persons who play only a peripheral role in a conspiracy to levy war are still considered traitors under the Constitution if an armed rebellion against the United States results.….

Because treason involves the betrayal of allegiance to the United States, a person need not be a U.S. citizen to commit treason under the Constitution. Persons who owe temporary allegiance to the United States can commit treason. Aliens who are domiciliaries of the United States, for example, can commit traitorous acts during the period of their domicile. A subversive act does not need to occur on U.S. soil to be punishable as treason…..

Treason is punishable by death. If a death sentence is not imposed, defendants face a minimum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine (18 U.S.C.A. § 2381). A person who is convicted of treason may not hold federal office at any time thereafter…..

Too bad we, as citizens can not bring charges of treason against are government.

    • Gail Combs says:

Of the nineteen hijackers who attacked this nation on September 11, 2001, fifteen were Saudi Arabian. Yet we have this from the US Government.

U.S. Grants Saudis ‘Trusted Traveler’ Privileges to Help Them Through Airport Security

The Obama Administration is making it easier for Saudis to get through security at airports. In fact, now they will be allowed to bypass custom authorities due to an agreement quietly signed between U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and Saudi Arabian Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef. After the September 11 terrorist attacks, Saudi Arabia acknowledged 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi citizens.

On January 16, 2013, Janet Napolitano met with Mohammed bin Nayef and announced the plan. Napolitano stated, “I am proud of the bond between the United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and today’s meeting marks another major step forward in our partnership….

During the meeting, the two signed an agreement to begin implementation of U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) trusted traveler program, Global Entry. Global Entry streamlines the screening process at airports, allowing customs to bypass “trusted travelers” and focus on those they know less about. Those in the program can skip normal Customs and Border protection lines starting next year…..

So while TSA terrorize a wheelchair bound three year old girl and strip search a little eighty five year old granny in a walker, The Saudi Nationals, get a free pass… Time to get rid of the Patriot Act and TSA. Obviously with the illegal coming over the Mexican border and the country that targeted the USA in 9/11 exempted we do not need it.

‘20th hijacker’ in Sept. 11 attack vows to offer inside information on Al Qaeda operations

…The most sensational Moussaoui filing is a four-page handwritten letter dated Oct. 23 and docketed this month in federal court in Oklahoma City. In it, Moussaoui claims that a Saudi prince helped him financially in 2001 when he was studying at a flight school in Norman, Oklahoma, and also funneled a large amount of money to some of the 19 men who hijacked planes on Sept. 11.

The prince “was assisting me in my Islamic terrorist activities … and was doing so knowingly for Osama bin Laden,” he said.

Moussaoui described how bin Laden got the religious instruction necessary to go forward with the terrorist attacks from Saudi religious leaders and carried them out over the objections of the Taliban. He also claimed he shared information this year with a Secret Service agent about a 1990s plot by al-Qaida to shoot down Air Force One and assassinate then-President Bill Clinton and first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton with assistance from a top Saudi Embassy employee.

He asked an Oklahoma judge to let him testify in open court about what he knows and to assign him lawyers. Late last week, a magistrate judge in Oklahoma City recommended that the request be denied because his testimony isn’t in support of a pending case there….

  8. Richard Todd says:

And he vetoes Keystone so more Saudi oil can be purchased by Americans.

  9. Alf says:

Isn’t the cartoon sympathetic towards muslims?
