Greenland Melt Getting Off To The Slowest Start On Record

The Greenland melt season is a month late getting started, and the coasts are still buried in snow as summer approaches.

There has been almost no melt this year, and the amount of melt is below the previous record low.

Experts call it an unprecedented meltdown.

Social scientists caught adjusting data in the manner of 97% of the climatologists:

All the GLO-BULL warming heat is really doing a good job of hiding this year πŸ˜‰

We have seen here that as CO2 emissions have gone up and up, that the average temperatures have gone down or stayed level except where fraud is involved.

How far up do CO2 levels have to go, with no warming, until we all can admit that the climate’s sensitivity to CO2 looks to be zero or perhaps even negative? Can we begin to see the point of those who claim that the net effect of CO2 in the atmosphere looks to be one of cooling rather than warming — and the effect may be so small that we will never be able to measure it anyway.

And as we’ve seen from the satellite record, there has been no warming for 18 plus years. These satellites readings have been confirmed by millions of radiosondes. This is a temperature record you can feel comfortable about and defend. With such a solid temperature record why would anyone suggest that any area in the world is going to have a catastrophic melt down? Why should the ice record from 18 years ago be substantially different than what we are experiencing now? DUH!!

Alarmists remind me of Nikita Khrushchev pounding his shoe on the dias at the UN. All the teeth clenching and fist pounding by the alarmists is based on their beliefs in very flawed computer models. No different than a committed fanatic communist who will starve his people to prove himself right; even when he’s wrong.

    Well, melt is down.

jim hunt or possibly neven will be along shortly from the arctic sea ice forum to explain why this is either wrong or is as a result of warming. maybe frivolousz21 needs to redirect his blowtorch πŸ˜‰

An “unprecedented meltdown” could mean unprecedentedly LOW amount of melting. So occasionally those ‘experts’ might tell the truth by accident, but not in the way they intend. After all, you know the derivation of ‘expert’ …. from the Latin “ex” a has-been and “spurt” a drip under pressure.

  9. Any up-to date info on GREENLAND LATE MELT? I can see that as of 29.5.15 the JET STREAM is far too LOW DOWN in the NORTHERN HEMISPHERE resulting in very odd TEMPERATURES. Here in Eastern Scotland the temperatures have been SUBUED for the past month or so. Even when the day temp goes up to a max of 17-18 C it quickly goes down to 6C or lower in the evening. That is certainly NOT NORMAL for early SUMMER. I would imagine that the ICE-SHEET in GREENLAND will CONTINUE not to MELT!
