Now, the present collection of hand wringing muppets don’t believe anyone but a tiny few “conspiracy theorists” believed man-made global cooling was even a thing. That’s how successful the AGW disinformation brigade are.

I don’t remember any of the Global Cooling Alarmists saying the cooling between the 1940s and the 1970s was caused by man. I’m sure there were some who said it was our fault, but I don’t remember any.

Back in the mid-1950s my second grade class was taken to the Franklin Institute’s Fells Planetarium, a popular annual outing in suburban Philadelphia. The program on this visit was about the “coming ice age….” complete with a reporter in a small boat off the Florida coast describing the ice bergs surrounding him. He is cut off mid-sentence as his boat is crushed between two ice bergs. As a child watching this, I was terrified, but I was also inspired to study the actual science of such things.
