     Meanwhile the time came to buy a new lawnmower. My old lawnmower of 13 plus years developed a loud rattle the last couple of times I mowed it and whatever it was inside came undone and it wouldn’t start. So I go to the local big box hardware store to get another Honda mower, (13 years is amazing for as much as I mow)
     There were only 2 gas powered Honda’s left. There were a few cheaper brands but as thick as my Bermuda grass is, I need horsepower. The Honda 200 engine will suck the sod off the ground if your not careful. I’m glad I got one when I did because the store manager said the new environmental legislation won’t allow gas burning engines after 2025.
     That’s why there were row after row of battery powered lawnmowers that advertise 75 minutes of mowing power. With thick Bermuda grass in my area that means maybe 20 minutes at best and it better not be wet.
     The Biden administration and these goofy environmental nut jobs don’t care. They are fine with burning it all to the ground.
     I’ll take the 8.5 horsepower Honda over battery powered every time. A manly job requires a manly mower.
     These environmental whackos have never mowed southern Bermuda, obviously. They can take their rules and shove it.

       Of course, all those Lefty reg writers have lawn services that include mowing and trimming, and then write it off as a tax deduction of part of their “home office”.

       What legislation is that? It is difficult to believe a majority of legislators voted for such insanity. At least Prohibition had a Constitutional Amendment, which was eventually repealed by another Constitutional Amendment.

       If government bureaucrats really expect to cull ICE engine manufacturing, and to force lawn care companies that use their equipment 8+ hours a day to go with battery operated equipment after 2025, it is a deliberate plan to wreck the economy. If this is true, I predict there will be huge push-back, including a black market in ICE engine equipment.

   The Marxist are notorious for redefining words. When Comrade Biden says “fair share” he is actually meaning most, if not all, of their profits.

   In the REAL world, not the one Biden and the Marxist live in, corporations do NOT pay taxes. When assessed a new or increased tax they merely raise the price of their goods to cover the taxes and maintain their profits. So, taxation of corporations is just another way of taxing Americans. The Marxist know that if they were to raise the raise the percentage of income middle America would have to pay taxes on there would be a quick revolt. As it is, most Americans look at the amount of the paycheck and don’t even consider what their gross pay is. The employer is just a gov tax collector.
