    I think I understand his feeling, but I think it would be more useful for him and his people if he recognized that France’s CO2 output is probably not 3% of India and China’s combined output, and that he has a duty to see that his people and his country survive the next decade. Give that, he might wrap his head around the idea that he had fossil fuel plants and nuclear plants that form the energy foundation necessary for the French culture to thrive and prosper. It is essential to the future of France that he get those plants going.
    Right now, everything else is minor.
