Is Stupidity The Main Driver Of Global Warming?

The Washington Post says that DC snow is now caused by global warming.

Is global warming behind D.C.’s new era of great snowstorms?

Four years ago, the same clowns were predicting cherry blossoms in February, due to global warming.

Could cherry blossoms one day be blooming in winter?

Snowfall around DC is not changing. Climate science is 100% superstition and data tampering.

“Is Stupidity The Main Driver Of Global Warming?”

Stupidity or not, they are getting away with it.

  2. Oliver K. Manuel says:

Regretfully both the AGW scare and the Paris agreement have nothing to do with Earth’s climate.

Both seek totalitarian, one-world control of society by

    1. Hiding the nature of Earth’s heat source from the public and
    2. Reducing the sovereignty of national governments.

Although Stupidity is one of the Drivers for the Sheeple at grass level ; many simply have a stupid Agenda. The closer they get to the top of the dung hill ; MONEY becomes the main Driver..!

Tony, your new and improved software is just the thing for combating the local extremes meme that is emerging. Kudos an a great reality check tool.

  5. rebelronin says:

shockingly, best I can tell by following the press

climate change is caused by climate change

it also appears to me that many of the writers at WP were dropped on their heads as children while playing in the NFL
or their parents suffered mosquito bites

Thought I’d combine USCRN, UAH USA48,49 and RSSUSA on the same graph.

This is what you expect from different data sets… close but a bit higgledy.

Interesting that USCRN seems to have bigger peaks (yes I did convert the anomaly back to CΒΊ πŸ˜‰ )

What caused the massive snowstorms in the mid-Atlantic region during the 1700’s, documented by Washington and Jefferson? What caused a mile thick layer of ice down to Chicago less than 20,000 years ago? The climate is obviously capable of making huge changes without human intervention. It has before and it will again. We better stop whining and get used to adapting.

    California Drought Update:

Folsom Dam above average and likely to be 100% by summer

Lake Tahoe is 3 feet below natural level and still filling (100 yr record of water level)

And yet California is demolishing hydro electric dams?

    Weird

  9. wyoskeptic says:

I am thinking that at least a portion of the driver behind climate change is a separation between Reality and Perceived Reality. For a lot of people, they are no longer exposed to actual reality, the closest they get is by way of Facebook and twitter, etc. What do those have in common? Like buttons, dislike buttons and the ability to block anyone they disagree with. So, any vies they have get re-enforced by those with similar views, they never have to do any thinking about contrary views, and meanwhile they live in climate controlled apartments, drive to the climate controlled mall in climate controlled cars and never, ever experience any “real” weather unless they go out walking. And they can choose which days they do that.

The ones with real money, meanwhile, travel on climate controlled jets and climate controlled yachts the size of a small passenger liner. Whadda they know ’bout weather? Unless it gets so bad they can’t take off or can’t leave port.

Yes it’s a clever expose ; making the CSIRO Warmists – look like clowns. I have to add , that I’m gaining a little more respect for the new PM, Malcolm Turnbull… Like
Abbott, he also thinks that Global Warming theories are : absolute Crap.!

We had cherry blossom, magnolia buds and a host of golden daffodils in January over here:

    Above the 50th parallel!

CO2 is the federal government ATM

  13. bleakhouses says:

What are they going to say this year when the blossoms open early?

  14. sfx2020 says:

I would say based on the data, that in regards to snow, there was a definite climate change during the “coming ice age” scare. Just like with the recent data, there is a definite connection between colder winters and more snow.

  15. When Captain Cook circumnavigated the globe in the 1780s he found and recorded, in his log, that there was ice a mile high blocking what is now Alaska’s Glacier Bay. We recently took the tour of glacier bay that allowed us to travel 60 miles to the glaciers now calving into it. Clearly, global warming has been going on since the end of the last ice age 10,000+ years ago. Can anyone provide BELIEVABLE evidence that lukewarming temperatures are anthropogenic? Of course there is climate change-always has been, always will be! Get over it, adapt to it and spend the trillions doing something useful for people worldwide dying of lousy water with sewage in it and of starvation in potentially rich countries run by brutal kleptocracies!!,

    • Jason Calley says:

Hey michael! “Can anyone provide BELIEVABLE evidence that lukewarming temperatures are anthropogenic?”

Of course I am preaching to the choir, but the question is, “BELIEVABLE by whom?” The average CAGW enthusiast is apparently a pretty gullible person. Maybe we should start an anti-CO2 petition, and then use the signer information as a sales lead for marketing anti-witchcraft insurance.
