Watching his dentures fly out during a big guffaw…
    that would make me laugh.

    Otherwise, I find him repulsive.

  2. Stephen Richards says:

He is such a plonker. Kaufman must have told him to play the ‘ I’m older and wiser than you ‘ card and the dickhead thought that laughing at everything was how you do it.
I admire Ryan. Had I been him I might have slapped the gafawwing clown.

Worse still is that some americans thought that was a good performance. God knows what awaits Romney in the next two debates. Obama in a tutu perhaps.

  3. leftinbrooklyn says:

    Absurdity as a political platform.

Of course it played well to the absurd.

  4. gator69 says:

    Quoting an undecided voter…

““I thought Paul Ryan had a better command of the tax figures,” explained the undecided female voter. “The explanations that he gave, he seemed to be educating us, trying to teach us. Until Joe Biden would bumble in and try to distort things by overriding him, being a buffoon in general.”

Joe “Buffoon” Biden, one heart beat away…

  5. ralph says:

If I had never seen Biden before last night THAT would have been the deciding factor for voting for Romney.

  6. physicist says:

call 9-1-1, there’s an old man whipping the shit out of a child on tv, and wiping the floor with the kid’s ass.

    • Besides being dense, you are a complete asshole.

    • I would preferred if he’d tried to discuss policy issues as Ryan attempted rather than engage in rhetorical appeals. I prefer arguments and logic to feelings, but that’s just me.

    • LLAP says:

@physicist: “there’s an old man whipping the shit out of a child on tv …”

What were you watching instead of the debate?

P.S. Why are you (and so many other proponents of AGW) so full of hate?

      • physicist says:

I was watching, watching ryan get his ass kicked. he’s against the stimulus, until he for it and wants some of it, denying abortion rights, tax plan with no details. oh btw, there is tape of him on the floor of the house in the early 2000s pleading for a stimulus program for bush’s (a southern white bubba) first economic disaster, but not for a black deomocratic president to get out of the economic disaster left by the white southern bubba..

if i were full of hate, it would not be due to AGW, but it might be due to the fact that i had a kid do six tours in Iraq due to that lying asshole bush’s illegal and immoral war and torture. you got any relatives who did time over there? i hope not.

      • LLAP says:

@Physicist: “you got any relatives who did time over there?”

Yes, my brother-in-law served in Afghanistan.

“due to that lying asshole bush’s illegal and immoral war and torture”

And Obama ended all that when he got elected … right?

“but not for a black deomocratic president …”

It’s always about race, isn’t it?

        “denying abortion rights”

You believe in the “right” to kill a child in the womb? Are you OK with Bill Clinton legalizing partial birth abortion, where a doctor crushes the skull of the baby in the birth canal? Are you OK with Obama voting in favor of defacto infanticide? I hope not.

P.S. In case you think I was in favour of the Iraq war, I was not.

Hey you, race boy. Why did you call President DingleBarry black?

      Serious question, no joke.

    • rw says:

Ah, “physicist” comes out of the closet – to show us that cognitive consistency and attitude clustering are still very viable concepts.

BTW, are you still holding down that job at 7-11?

  7. physicist says:

smirking chimp II (bush II = smirking chimp I) just got a good old ass whipping.

    • nigelf says:

Physicist, I feel the need to warn you that you run the risk of becoming suicidal after Romney wins over Obama by a huge margin in the Electoral College on Nov. 6th. Not only that, President Romney will do such a fantastic job in his first four years that he’ll be a shoe-in for another term in 2016.
This is my logical and rational prediction and I’ll stand or fall on it but will not change it. It’s going to happen, bes’ be prepared.

    • LLAP says:

@Physicist: “smirking chimp II (bush II = smirking chimp I)”

Your attempt to portray Bush and Ryan as simian is good old fashioned bigotry. It is just like the political cartoons from England in the 1800’s where “Paddy” (representing the Irish) was portrayed as a sub-human, with very obvious simian features (i.e., the Irish are stupid, knuckle-dragging, Neanderthals … sound familiar?).

  8. David says:

“physicists” comments show Biden’s followers are as asinine and inane as he is.

  9. margaret berger says:

How is this for a visual…side by side photos of biden and The Joker with a caption reading “Separated at birth.”

  10. margaret berger says:

    thanks! It’s great!

Sounds like another Penn State grad getting all worked up! 😆
