Some people are living inside a movie script since that’s the only way such a outrageous statement could be made. The all mighty, all powerful govt, that can’t even control it’s spending, can control the weather.? It’s really difficult to absorb such arrogance.
In computer science 5 years is a long time and these people all live in “computer-land”, then maybe in his mind the 1950s are 1000’s of computer-years in the past… they don’t know what “reality” means anymore.
