Time To Start Impeachment Proceedings

The liar in chief knew it was a terrorist attack on 9/11, and then lied to the American people repeatedly, with the explicit help of Candy Crowley and CNN.

Officials at the White House and State Department were advised two hours after attackers assaulted the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11 that an Islamic militant group had claimed credit for the attack, official emails show.

The emails, obtained by Reuters from government sources not connected with U.S. spy agencies or the State Department and who requested anonymity, specifically mention that the Libyan group called Ansar al-Sharia had asserted responsibility for the attacks.

The brief emails also show how U.S. diplomats described the attack, even as it was still under way, to Washington.

U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were killed in the Benghazi assault, which President Barack Obama and other U.S. officials ultimately acknowledged was a “terrorist” attack carried out by militants with suspected links to al Qaeda affiliates or sympathizers.

Administration spokesmen, including White House spokesman Jay Carney, citing an unclassified assessment prepared by the CIA, maintained for days that the attacks likely were a spontaneous protest against an anti-Muslim film.

Stevens was on a fools errand, ordered by the Fool in Chief. Obama is directly responsible for those four dead Americans.

No, it is not time. Congress does not meet long enough to do the task, and in 2 months, he will be gone. You cannot impeach an ex-president.

    • It would be wonderfully fantastic to have him hauled off from the White House the day before inauguration.

      • philjourdan says:

For all his crimes? I agree. But reality is he will just fade into the sunset – NOT. He will just carp about how he was better for the next 25 years.

    • Do you already know the outcome of the election?

      • philjourdan says:

No more so than you. But I am also old enough to know the difference between hype and reality.

      • Romney is smoothly pulling away, and too llittle time for Obama to get back those who have had their blindfolds taken away (and somehow I doubt Benghazi will go off the radar screen in the next two weeks). The day after the election would be an appropriate time to start impeachment proceedings, if only to keep Obama’s hands off the country until Romney’s inauguration. I would also impeach all of those who have been undecided, at any time after the passage of Obamacare.

But now the White House can have Eric Holder investigate how Mitt knew it was a terrorist attack so soon after the event. Did he have access to classified emails? What did he know and when did he know it blah blah blah.

Team Obama now wants the election to be about who you *trust* to be president (WTF??!??)-

    1. a devout Mormon and successful leader who donates millions every year to charity;
    2. a morally and ethically bankrupt Chicago-baptized community agitator who isn’t sure where he was born, and believes that being a condescending, lying, vindictive prick is presidential.

    The choice is clear.
    Forward, Comrades!
    Not one step back!

  4. It turns out that the Libyan debacle is Obama’s October Surprise!

Obama impeachment? … the bill has been slowly moving for quite some time now.

Government officials in Washington were aware of the attack while it was happening. Wouldn’t the President be notified? Doesn’t our President have a better understanding of the event than he demonstrates in public? If so, he has disgraced himself. Of course, he wouldn’t know that.
