Well, for one, the fine folks who investigate such crimes are much busier with other important “stuff”. The TLA (Three Letter Agency) that investigates conspiracy complaints is the FBI.
However, even if someone bothered to file a complaint, the FBI has been investigating Amishmen with scissors (prosecuted an involuntary beard trimming as a hate crime) and are currently far to busy creating their own conspiracies and terrorist plots to be bothered with a little thing like fixed elections or debates.
Just like “climatologists”, they have to make doing nothing look good to secure more funding. And the easiest crimes to solve are the ones created by the FBI investigative team.
You might want to take a look at zerohedge and the document download on one Col. Anthony MacDonald, currently assigned to the Pentagon and deeply involved in US intelligence operations in Syria. See: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-09-02/fiction-fact-or-scandal-epic-proportions . If the (hacked) documents are true, it confirms your concerns regarding US involvement in manufacturing the gas attack incident in Syria. If not true, and it the documents are fake, someone went to a lot of trouble to manufacture them (which would be interesting in itself).
On the ZH posting – general conclusion of that community is that there’s real & fake emails in the collection.
“The majority of the e-mails look real (in the .rar files) and then mysteriously the language goes off the rails and the headers get f**ked up on the e-mails around the Syria stuff.
For certain the e-mails have been messed with, 99.9% chance the stuff to do with Syria is fake.
I would believe he hacked the guys e-mail account and put some effort into the whole thing, but it’s bull****.”
Conspiracy for what? Romney should have been on his toes and asked Crowley why she just happened to have that particular paper at hand. Put the onus on her. Romney instead looked sheepish and had no comeback. Romney is after all a NE liberal.

He probably didn’t prepare for blatant debate fraud and conspiracy involving the CNN moderator.
