Green indicates ice present today, which was not present on this date in 2012. Red shows the opposite.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Only a few weeks left until it becomes Ice Free from what the predictions were.
Lol.
Are they going to blame the increase in ice on global warming. Lol
A German Defector
It’s always noteworthy when you get partial defectors from their side strongly making our case. Here’s a good article on an interview with renown German warmist Hans von Storch: http://www.dw.de/climate-scientists-too-easily-jump-to-conclusions/a-17060565
Some excepts:
DW (Deutsche Welle): Over the past 15 years, global temperatures have not risen… they [US authors of a Nature paper] suggest that the cool waters of the Pacific Ocean are responsible. Is that plausible?
Storch: It’s possible… [but] then you’d have to ask: “Why is it that the ocean suddenly gets cooler?” Yet, so far they haven’t asked that. But what is clear is that we have indeed had very little warming over the past 15 years. And this development is different from what we had projected. If this was to continue and global temperatures basically did not rise at all, we’ll have a problem.
DW: So would it be better to do away with such projections and estimates?
Storch: No. But it’s sound scientific practice that with every theory, you have to be ready to say: “If I observe this or that in the future, then I’ll have to draw the conclusion that my findings are incomplete, or not correct.”
DW: And this wasn’t the case with global warming?
Storch: No. Also the story we’re dealing with now, about the cooler eastern Pacific, is only being explained in retrospect – trying to explain why we haven’t had any warming over the past 15 years. But these sorts of explanations always have a somewhat stale taste to them. [Yet they have completely ignored other possible explanations for the temperature stall.] For outsiders it always looks a bit like us climate scientists jump to any explanation that doesn’t go against our basic assumption – that CO2 is behind global warming. I do believe that this basic assumption is right, but it could also be that there are other factors we’ve underestimated so far.
Off topic – but you were blogging last week about schools being closed for quite reasonable temperatures. How about excessive CO2 levels? Indoors, typically meeting rooms & classrooms, the CO2 level averages between 1000 – 3000 ppm. How about implementing state limits on indoor toxic CO2 levels of, say, 800ppm. All public spaces to be evacuated if levels exceeded this limit! You would close every office, school, restaurant & bar in the state. No substances to be inhaled if the CO2 level exceeds 1000ppm – no smoking of any sort.
It must be on a death spiral.
Saint Al of the Gore: you WILL pay your carbon (icicle) tax for global warming (cooling), based on phoney-baloney climate science, to my completely tax-free, off-shore multinational corporation, or else!
