Flooding is caused by something called Global Raining.
It’s a worldwide phenomenon.
You have what is called a “water budget”. Some places are wet, others are dry. That has only been going on for 4 billion years or so, not just since 1979 as alarmists would have you believe.
The surface area of the Earth is about 200,000,000 (two hundred million) square miles. The U.S. is about 3,700,000 square miles. But, what’s a couple of orders of magnitude when you’re “just having fun?” Just sayin’…
