The Texas Medical Center near downtown Houston has seen a large increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations this month, particularly since about June 12th.

Houston had massive demonstrations (tens of thousands of people)  from about May 29 to June 10 at George Floyd’s funeral. Note that they are wearing masks.

These protests were followed very closely by the rise in hospitalizations.

But never mind actual data, “researchers found” that BLM protests had no significant effect on the incidence of COVID 19.

Because they were social justice warriors wearing masks, the virus knew to leave them alone.

This is what Dr. Fauci is trying to prevent in the US.

Over the past ten weeks, the number of daily reported COVID-19 cases in Sweden has more than doubled, yet the number of deaths has plummeted. The vast majority of deaths is Sweden were the result of nursing homes getting infected.

Their strategy has been to get the low risk population exposed so that they can reach herd immunity, so more cases is to be expected.

The same pattern is occurring in the US.

Taken alone, the “number of cases” statistic is useful for little other than propaganda. Fauci can create whatever statistic he wants by simply increasing the number of tests, particularly among young people who are unlikely to end up hospitalized or dead.

The meaningful statistic is the death rate, which is plummeting.
