Bathurst, NSW has had 236 days over 100F (38C) since 1863. More than half of those days occurred before 1910, so BOM makes them magically disappear.

BOM throws out temperature readings of 112.5 degrees, because they have a theory the readings might be off by half a degree. One of the most pathetic excuses for data tampering.
For most of August, the press was writing stories about record heat and record melting in the Arctic, while I was pointing out that there was very little melting occurring in the Arctic. As is almost always the case, they were wrong. Yet there will be no corrections, no admissions, no retractions and no acknowledgments. Because the climate press are propagandists and have no interest in the truth.
Bathurst is about 50 miles west of Sydney, and is one of few locations in Australia with a coherent long-term temperature record. They had an unprecedented heatwave during January 1878.

The Australian Bureau of Meteorology hides all temperatures before 1910, because Australia was much hotter prior to 1910.

The record heat of 1878 was not caused by CO2, so climate scientists erase it instead of trying to understand it. And the long term decline in temperatures at Bathurst is eliminated by homogenizing it into the Urban Heat Island of Sydney.
I have good tools place now to analyze temperatures in Australia, and am finding out exactly why BOM hides all temperatures before 1910. Australia was extremely hot and they don’t want you to know about it. Look at these temperatures during the January, 1882 heatwave. It was too hot for dogs to bark.

NASA is now hiding their wildly fraudulent and massively tampered land-only graph, and do not include a link to it from the GISS graphs page. Dr. Walter Orr Roberts of the National Center for Atmospheric Research was a brilliant solar physicist and was the first director of NCAR. He believed changes in solar activity controlled the climate. But NCAR has rewritten Dr. Roberts history, and now describe him as “an early proponent of climate change.
It is all straight out of Orwell’s 1984.
This is the current NASA land surface temperature graph, which shows steady warming from 1880 to 1980, and then faster warming since 1980.
Their graph looks nothing like the 1974 graph from the National Center for Atmospheric Research, which showed a worldwide cooling trend from 1940 to 1970, and no warming from 1870 to 1970.

The current NASA graph looks nothing like the prior graphs, and has completely erased the post-1940 cooling.
Thirty years ago, Tom Karl (longtime head of NOAA’s National Climatic Data Center) said most global warming occurred before 1919, and that Earth cooled from 1921 to 1979.

NASA now shows about 0.4C warming from 1921 to 1979.
Over the last two decades, NASA has steadily altered their data, to more than double warming prior to the year 2000.
I have documented this fraud many times over the past decade, but here is some new information about warm temperatures NASA is hiding prior to the eruption of Krakatoa.
In 2001, NASA included temperature data going back to 1867. It showed no warming from 1867 to 1979, and showed 1878 as being the warmest year prior to 1980
The first four months of the year showed little or no warming, with March 1878 being the most anomalously warm month on record.
After the year 2001, NASA apparently made the decision to hide the hot years prior to 1880, and start their graphs during the cold period around the time Krakatoa erupted.

1878 was an incredibly warm year, and is now being hidden by NASA. There was no winter in Minnesota that year.

The boldness and arrogance of these fraudsters seems to know no bounds, because they know that the press and politicians are afraid to confront them – even though they do it right out in the open.
In 1975, climatologists were pessimistic politicians would “take action” to stop global cooling, so they wanted to spread soot on the Arctic to melt the polar ice cap.
But no worries, politicians are primed to take climate action now.
