Pennsylvania Snowflake

Gina thinks climate change is making life too hard in Pennsylvania, because temperatures varied by 58 degrees in January.

So I tested out her theory, and plotted the difference between the highest and lowest Pennsylvania January temperatures going back to 1895.

This year was below average, with a spread of 72 degrees.  Average is 75 degrees, and the largest spread was 104 degrees in January 1914.  On January 14 1914, Ridgway was -24F, and on January 30 1914, Unioniontown was 80 degrees.

Imagine the hysteria if that happened now. People always believe that the climate is changing, and that the current weather is the most extreme. It is a defect in the thought process of many humans.

Just When You Thought Climate Science Couldn’t Possibly Get Any Worse …

Elizabeth Warren will prevent the weather from getting either too hot or too cold.

Our children & grandchildren should grow up in a world where they can …… go outside without risking their lives in extreme temperatures.

When Elizabeth is in charge, the weather will be just right ….

During January 1888, temperatures dropped 100 degrees in 24 hours over the Great Plains, and more than 200 children froze to death on their way home from school in a blizzard. According to this contemporary account, more than 1,000 people died in that storm. President Warren will prevent that from happening again – by building windmills.

Mary Connell, a school teacher near Cavowe, started home with two of her pupils, a boy and a girl. The boy left them and perished. Miss Connell put her dress folds about the little girl and made her walk all night, sheltering her charge with her body. They were found next morning, alive but horribly frozen.

Another teacher, Miss Jacobson near Stolof, started home with a little girl and both perished. When found, Miss Jacobson was crouched in a little hollow in the ground, with her arms about the little girl, and her dress skirt was wrapped about her. Her own bonnet was off her head and her hand clutched her dress at her throat, but there was a smile on her face.

1936 : Coldest Winter And Hottest Summer In The Midwest

Coldest Afternoon On Record At Aurora, Illinois

Climate Reanalyzer

As I have been predicting, today was the coldest afternoon on record at Aurora, Illinois. The maximum temperature today was -15F, beating their previous coldest day by three degrees.  Aurora has had forty-four days since 1895 which never made it to 0F, with the previous record of -11F set on Christmas Eve, 1983. Note that the five coldest days have occurred in the past fifty years.

Today beat the previous January 30th record by fifteen degrees, which had been set in 1951.

What Global Warming Looks Like

In 1992, global warming meant warm winters in Iowa.

In 2006, global warming meant endless summer in the Northeast.

But now, global warming means record cold winters, and they predicted it all along.

Experts have this all under control though.  Global warming makes the stratosphere hot.

Global warming also makes the stratosphere cold.

CO2 is an incredibly powerful gas.  A one part per ten thousand increase over the last century causes every and all imaginable outcomes, and can rewrite history.
