Arctic To Be Ice Free On August 27
Using the same linear extrapolation techniques¹ as our top government climate scientists, I have determined that the Arctic will be ice-free on August 27, 2018, at 3:14 PM, or perhaps as late as 4PM.
This is somewhat of a reprieve. Based on melt rates five days ago, the Arctic was going to be ice-free on August 10. Melt rates have dropped almost 40% in the last five days.
- Here is the inspiration for my work. Scientists and Nobel Laureates who predicted the Arctic would be ice free in 2014.
Gore: Polar ice cap may disappear by summer 2014
Climate scientists are very clever people, and use linear extrapolations for all kinds of outstanding work – plotting straight lines across one leg of a cycle.
It is important to remember that as a non-peer reviewed, non-climate scientist, you aren’t qualified to question the top quality work of these geniuses.

July 14, 1936 – Average US Temperature 96 Degrees
On July 14, 1936 the average maximum temperature in the US was an incredible 96 degrees. It was the hottest day on record in Indiana, which reached 116 degrees. Illinois was 114 degrees, Minnesota was 110 degrees, Missouri 112 degrees, Iowa and Wisconsin were 113 degrees.
July 14 maximum temperatures have declined in the US over the past century, as has the frequency of hot days.

Greenland Meltdown Update
With the Greenland melt season almost over, it hasn’t really started yet. Surface mass gain has been near a record high and remains over 600 Billion tons of new snow and ice since last August.
Greenland Ice Sheet Surface Mass Budget: DMI
Undaunted by actual data or scientific principles, our top scientists have determined that Greenland is melting down and are very worried about it.
Apparently climate experts believe ice melts at -9C.
Once again, you are not qualified to question the peer-reviewed work of these geniuses.

Statistics For Leftists
The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.
Ronald Reagan
A favorite pastime of people on the left is to make up fake statistics, and then angrily and boldly defend them in an attempt to bully others into joining their death cult.
