Arctic ice ‘grew by a third’ after cool summer in 2013
The volume of Arctic sea ice increased by around a third after an unusually cool summer in 2013.
Researchers say the growth continued in 2014 and more than compensated for losses recorded in the three previous years.

The two pictures of ice, 2012 and 2015 show more ice today, as does the graph you put up, yet the commentary says the opposite. Still I see he has had the flu so perhaps he is still a bit under the weather.
His use of the word “prepping” is a bit strange too.

I did, some time ago, and found them most enlightening if rather heavy going. O Manuel’s resolve is very impressive and his responses to any and all queries are prompt, polite and informative.
There seems to be a small but increasing level of support for his position too.

Call me crazy, but I think this Arctic warming is only temporary. I predict it will freeze again in about 4 months. We will get unprecedented first year ice where there’d been open water a mere 4 months earlier.

Given that Reggie’s “blowtorch” team has packed it in (under curious and unexplained circumstances) the past few summers, I’d expect him to sanitize his posting (i.e. make some massive edits) when melt-season 2015 is done.

Tony, I feel the same exasperation with these people. There is no reasonable doubt they are wrong. But ostrich like, they refuse to pick their heads out of the sand pit they’ve dug for themselves and look at the conclusive evidence against them.
