Ohh.. I just noticed something: “NaturalHazards” in the link. Can’t be AGW then, right?
Well, this wouldn’t be a major issue if the twits had expanded drilling and mining enterprises instead of looking for ways to shut them down. It isn’t global warming that is causing these pricing pressures, it global warming advocacy that’s causing these pricing pressures. Oh, another fuel source not mentioned but sure to have an increase pricing pressure, natural gas.
To all the GW advocates out there, thanks for making it more difficult and more expensive for virtually every inhabitant of this earth. Freaking warmtards.
amen……….
The delays in coal shipments will only be a few weeks (hopefully).
The problem is the modern way of running a business i.e. just in time supplies.
We’ve been discussing this at E M Smiths site.
Queensland exports high grade coal used in steel making. These are the factories resorting to diesel or shutting down.
They have their own low grade coal for power generation. If they run short, there’s plenty of the stuff in Victoria (Southern Australia)
Gaia strikes back at all those nasty polluters!
There is free energy for all and the devices to run such things…..outa the cave and into the sunshine……….
Solar energy is awesome in Scotland in December
