a couple of weeks ago, former Vice President Al Gore keynoted the Games For Change conference—a conference about the potential for video games to improve society—and confessed in that keynote that he hadn’t played a video game in earnest since Pong.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Playing more video games causes more CO2 emissions, thus increasing Gore’s hypocrisy count. What is it up to now?
If it were measured in dollars, it would look something like this (see box in top left corner, second one down):

Inventing the internet and AGW left little time for video games.
“Games For Change”?’
Ah yes, change. “Today’s weather isn’t identical with yesterday’s. This is doubleplusungood!”
“We’re in too many wars! We need a president who will start an additional 150%.”
“9.1% unemployment is different from the previous administration, therefor it is good.”
His message is that the interface need be less like Pong 2D and more like Pong 3D, in order to Save The World.
