- Are you for pollution or against it?
- Do you prefer to spend more on gas, or less?
- Do you think that the climate always stays exactly the same?
There you have it. Most people believe in climate change and want clean, cheap energy.
Based on that poll, it is clear that most people want oppressive, job killing taxes.
1. Against
2. Less
3. Never stops changing
You should put $2 on every gallon of gas, that would give you $400b per year. This is enough to pay the interest on outstanding debt. Then as the economy gets better you can start paying off the actual debt.
An indirect tax like this is better in my opinion than a direct tax on the individual or corporations.
Andy
That is another $400 billion for Obama to give to his friends.
Friends of Obama that move their operations overseas after getting huge government grants.
1. It depends on your definition of pollution. If you mean levels of pollution that truly degrades the environment and harms the population, yes. If you mean Carbon Pollution, Hydrogen Dioxide pollition, the levels of pollution currently proposed by the EPA, then no.
2. Prefer to spend less and have more of that money go to domestic producers than to Middle Easter and South American Producers, and would spend more to have fuel freel of the foul taint of ethanol.
3. Always changes, otherwize the world would be a ball of ice, or a miserable disgusting swamp (like DC)
The Obamapoll – guaranteed to come out your way.
