   Sorry UCS, but when someone says “there’s not really a problem”, it sounds a lot less hysterical than “death spiral”, “catastrophic”, “extreme”, “irreversible”, etc etc.

   Also, you need to actually practice science in order to have it attacked. Union of Concerned Sycophants would be more accurate.

   “science-based”…the key word, as Mark Twain would have recognized, is “-based”.

   Would UCS claim that Peter Duisberg provides “sound, science-based evidence” that all we know about AIDS is wrong?
