It’s a good thing these “windows of opportunity” crop up so regularly.
They have learned not to go with the 10 year scare windows and are now routinely using 30-year in the future scare windows. That way they can be at top salary and full pension when their prediction/scenarios are shown to be total BS. Bedwetters.

I remember these stories. We were but a few YEARS into a recognizable warming cycle, a change from the previous few DECADES!
They certainly wasted no time these AGW cultists. Apparently they all decided that the cooler cycle we just emerged from should be made permanent.

What I wouldn’t give to be alive during Halleys next go-round. The Science Fictionists will have shaved another dozen IQ points off the general population and we will have completely reverted to dark ages mentality by that time.
