Coal Death Train

I took this video yesterday of the Cumbres-Toltec steam train which travels between Antonito, Colorado and Chama, New Mexico. It emits huge amounts of the deadly greenhouse gas H2O – which killed most of the people on the Titanic.

You don’t mean that dreadful stuff dihydrogen monoxide do you? Everyone dies, and everyone drinks this stuff.

Don’t you know that if you keep drinking it that it will kill you? Eventually ….

It would seem therefore that the way to enjoy a long life is to cease to drink it.

    Quod est demonstrandum!

Brings back to mind the nostalgia of the wild west. Oh and also the TV show, ‘The Wild Wild West’.

Speaking of coal, a great article is this: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/energy/9590135/Millions-of-British-households-face-blackout-warns-Ofgem.html
    It says:

Millions of households are at risk of power black-outs by 2015 because coal stations are being replaced with wind farms, the energy watchdog [Ofgem] said.
The regulator’s new analysis reveals the risk of power-cuts is almost 50 per cent in 2015.. It predicts Britain will face power shortages because old coal and oil plants are being forced to shut down under the European Union’s environmental regulations.
I SAY: O wants to do the same thing to the U.S. by greenifying our grid. It would be an unmitigated disaster! But in fact the disaster is already occurring, as Obama has succeeded in preventing any new coal plants from being built, and soon the existing plants will be closing down en masse, leaving us vulnerable to an energy disaster. Spead the word of this danger before the election.

I like to read the UK newspapers’ articles on climate change, and go right to the comments, and sort by Best Rated. Without fail, it is the best anti-tree-hugger comments that rise to the top. And reading these outstanding comments really helps sharpen your own wit. You could go to Tom Nelson or Greenie Watch and easily find these UK articles, and go to it! Fun, too.
