You can’t trust anything from Ron Pau’s buddy, Alex Jones, a/k/a InfoWars, a/k/a PrisonPlanet. He’s nuttier than a bowl of almond granola.

Here’s Alex Jones talking about conservatives:

Jones “thinks” (I use the word loosely) secret conspiracies or space aliens are “the world’s controllers.”
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z44YhGjX2is

He also says the government is intentionally poisoning you with vaccines and fluoride to keep you docile.

Here he is in action, abusing conservative pundit, Michelle Malkin (the petite lady in the video):

  4. Robertv says:

If I see it correctly, these women are in a defensive mode, They are not robbing a bank or shooting some kids in a school. This looks more like a last stand otherwise they would NEVER risk the live of their kids.
If you react like this it means there is no hope left. This is it. The end.

    • Andy Oz says:

Whoever ordered these to be printed is a real whackjob. Dave Burton reckons Alex Jones is a nut, but really, what type of person would think that printing range targets like this is a sane thing to do? It’s insane, and in the US, you seem to have a lot of them throughout your domestic security apparatus as well as in politics.

The only way to deal with insanity is to root it out and have them all sacked with a never to be re employed stamped on their file. It’s up to you free thinking US citizens to do it.

      • daveburton says:

Printing such targets certainly is an insane thing to do, but we do not have a lot of them throughout our domestic security apparatus etc. I challenge you to find any law enforcement agent at any level of government who has trained with these targets. Alex Jones (who is insane) claims that some anonymous person claims to have sold these posters to someone in government, for use as targets. That’s not evidence of anything at all, except the gullibility of people who listen to Alex Jones.

  5. tckev says:

Or is this about the abortion policy revision?

  6. phodges says:

Here is a very interesting take…

    http://oldranger68.com/?p=100

    No More Hesitation Series!

“…one officer explaining that he enlarged photos of his own kids to use as targets so that he would not be caught off guard with such a drastically new experience while on duty…

Can you even imagine shooting at a picture of your own children to desensitize you about shooting at other people’s children?

I shoot a lot. I blow up pictures of politicians for targets, zombies, freaked out druggies. They don’t serve to desensitize me in any way as I would have no problem whatever shooting at one of those. But…my children? my grandchildren? I would turn myself in to a Psychiatric rubber room if I were ever able to pull the trigger on even a picture of one of my children or grandchildren, or…even someone else’s child! It’s sick!”

    • They are being trained to commit genocide. There is zero threat from pregnant women and children. The only possible reason to have 1.6 billion bullets is to kill millions of people.

The only thing which can stop them is our guns, and they are systematically working to take them away.

      • daveburton says:

Some anonymous person is reported by wacko Alex Jones to be claiming to be selling these bizarre posters to somebody in the government. That is not evidence that the federal government is preparing for genocide. It is folly to listen to anything from Alex Jones.

Don’t believe that gun-grabbers’ propaganda. Buying guns and ammo is not evidence that anyone is preparing for murder or genocide. I hope you were being factious when you said that the only reason to have lots of bullets is to kill lots of people. How is that different from Dianne Feinstein saying that the only reason to have assault weapons is to kill large numbers of people?

There’s nothing suspicious about federal officers being armed and shooting lots of bullets. How many shots must a person fire on the target range to become a proficient shooter? Would you rather they not get adequate training with their guns?

      • What kind of terrorist attack requires 1.6 billion bullets? You are being very naive.

The US military is here to defend our borders. There is no valid reason to have a massively armed DHS. Terrorist attacks will never consist of more than a handful of individuals.

      • kbray in california says:

“The US military is here to defend our borders.”

…and that is exactly where they should be now, guarding the land, the sea, and the air.
But the foolish left and the rinos have no sense of country pride. “We are the World” and let everyone of them move here into cultural ghettos to get the freebies and foster hate. This mindset will and already has caused great damage.

“A country run by fools will fail.” Be prepared, Lock and Load.

      • Also, the DHS purchased enough bullets for 100+ years of training. The shelf life of bullets is much shorter than that.

      • Ben says:

RE: How many shots must a person fire on the target range to become a proficient shooter?

Using daveburtons link, I calculated the amount of time for federal officers to use 1.6 billion bullets. The link daveburton provided states 2 training sessions per year, x 50 rounds per session on average.

There are 120,000 federal law enforcement officers. 80% are employed by DHS/DOJ
        http://bjs.ojp.usdoj.gov/index.cfm?ty=pbdetail&iid=4372

Assume all officers follow the guidelines in daveburtons link

At 1.6 billion bullets for 96,000 DHS/DOJ officers, that is 16,667 bullets per officer.

At 100 rounds of training per year per officer, it would take 166.67 years to consume the cache.

      • daveburton says:

You really think that a law enforcement trainee or officer should only fire 100 practice rounds per year? Seriously??

I sure don’t want cops running around with guns, who have a lifetime total shooting experience of just a couple hundred rounds!

The difference between Alex Jones and a stopped clock is that a stopped clock is occasionally right. Here’s an article about the ammo purchase, which is not written by someone insane:
        http://news.msn.com/politics/homeland-security-wants-bullets-16-billion-of-them
Note that the purchases are to be made over a half-decade or so, and they are to supply training needs for both DHS/DOJ and ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement).

  7. slimething says:

Nice hatchet job on Alex Jones. I don’t agree with him on everything, but it was he who’s been sounding the alarm of government tyranny coming for a very long time. I passed him off as a kook for years, but guess what; he’s turning out to be right.

“The government can never take our guns away”.

If you want to drink fluoridated water and think it won’t have any negative health effects, go ahead, be part of the sheeple. If you want to believe pumping massive vaccinations into children’s bodies is harmless, don’t force me to subject my kids to it. If you think the rise in childhood cancer is purely coincidental, you are naive,

In the first video he speaks of “phony” conservatives; there are many of them and most here would have no problem naming some.
In the second video, he is not describing what he believes, but the editing was done to make it look like it was.
In the third video, yes, he’s really pissed. So am I.

It appears the government is preparing for civil war or at the very least, civil unrest on a large scale. Something certainly isn’t right, and I’d bet a growing number of Americans are sensing it. I scoffed at the notion for years, but now as we witness Europe imploding under its own weight of debt, it is only a matter of time before it comes to America. The whole damn thing is going to collapse.

    • Robertv says:

Just remember where it started. The Patriot Act. under Bush. Obama is just the continuation of the proces and it seems they are in a hurry. We The People are waking up faster than they thought.

      • slimething says:

I’d have to say it started long before that, but must admit I did drink the Patriot Act Kool-Aid for a few years. However, although Bush was a big spending Progressive, Obama has grander plans than Bush could ever have been accused of dreaming up.

    • Andy Oz says:

Vaccinations – In Australia the politicians and the AMA are now recommending HPV vaccinations for all young boys. To stop cervical cancer. WTF?? Obviously they don’t understand that boys don’t have a cervix!! So who is on the payroll of the vaccine supplier?????

    • daveburton says:

How, exactly, is it a “hatchet job” on Alex Jones to show him saying (or screaming) utterly insane things?

Anyone who “thinks” (I use the word loosely) that 9-11 was an “inside job,” that fluoridation and vaccines are gov’t plots to poison you and keep you docile, etc., etc. is utterly insane.

And, BTW, the “phony conservatives” whose heads he wants to bash in are people like Michelle Malkin, and the decent & reasonable social & fiscal conservatives who make up most of the American middle class.

      • This post is about desensitivity training, not Alex Jones.

      • daveburton says:

The point is another example of Alex Jones’ delusional raving. He just makes things up, complete nonsense. He is the source of this nonsense. You cannot trust him. Luke 16:10.

      • phodges says:

David Burton, YOU are the complete raving lunatic.

        Get a fucking clue.

Alex Jones believes that 2+2=4, does that mean that it is really 5???

The company that made the targets addresses this on their own facebook page for crying out loud. You might want to rethink your shopping list of rejected beliefs…some of them are patently obvious and well documented anyways.

      • daveburton says:

Nobody has been able to identify even one law enforcement officer anywhere in America who’s been trained with these posters as targets.

There are a lot of crazy people out there, and some of them run companies. (Alex Jones is an example.) But the fact that some nut claims he’s going to sell these those posters to some unnamed government agency for use as targets doesn’t make it so.

Do you believe every advertisement and company claim that you read? Here’s a link where you can supposedly buy replacement batteries for a Honda Insight or Civic hybrid car. Look at all the nice pictures of battery sticks. Look at all the listings. Look at the claimed production rates. It looks real, doesn’t it? But it’s not: if anyone were foolish enough to buy those batteries, they’d quickly discover that they don’t work. Those batteries are nothing like real HEV batteries. If you actually tried to use them in a car, their lifespan would be measured in days.

The fact that some nut has created posters of pregnant women and children with guns is not evidence that the federal government is indoctrinating law enforcement officers to commit genocide. The fact that Alex Jones thinks otherwise is just more proof of his utter insanity.

One of the most foolish things you can do in life is to listen to and take seriously the words of known, proven liars. See Luke 16:10.

That doesn’t mean every word that liars say is untrue, but it does mean you should not give credence to anything they say. Do you understand that distinction?

The best liars mix truth and fiction, to make their lies more believable, and thus more deceptive. That’s why scripture records Satan quoting scripture. As Chesteron famously observed, “falsehood is never so false as when it is very nearly true.”

For the sake of your sanity, do not listen to anything Alex Jones has to say.

  8. NikFromNYC says:

On the very day Nixon gunned down Kent State students the NY Times featured a Michael Mann level fraudulent attack on neuroscience, namely the drug that Francis Crick credited for his discovery of the structure of DNA ahead of Linus Pauling, well you see, it mutates DNA:

  9. Ben says:

This reminds me of Men In Black, where during a test the MIB candidates shoot scary monsters, but Will Smith shoots the little girl, because “Whats she doing with a physics book in Harlem?”

  10. slimething says:

    NikFromNYC,
You tried passing off the same garbage along with other such nonsense a while back. Just because Haldeman stated the shootings at Kent State began the decline of the Nixon administration does not mean Nixon did it. Sheesh. Obama makes the misdeeds of all past presidents combined look like unpaid library fines.

    • phodges says:

Obama makes the misdeeds of all past presidents combined look like unpaid library fines.

      Not by a long shot.

Wilson gave us over to the Internationale, wholesale.

      • slimething says:

Wilson also scrubbed the history books and had them rewritten, not to mention he was a racist. I studied and understand Wilson well. However, it was not the Internationale that bailed out and rebuilt Europe/ROW after two world wars. It was the blood and treasure of Americans.

Obama said he was going to fundamentally transform America, we need a civilian national security force equal to the military (what does that mean?), he dislikes the Constitution, and thinks America is too rich, therefore we must all “sacrifice”. I could go on.

      • phodges says:

However, it was not the Internationale that bailed out and rebuilt Europe/ROW after two world wars.

You misunderstand how the system works. Breton Woods was simply a communist undertaking through its’ American Proxy, just as “the war on terror” is the destructive principle applied to the resistance, through an American proxy.

Keynes was a communist, our debt money system is a lynchpin of the Revolution…Beton Woods amplified the power of the Revolution through the FED, Treasury, the IMF, World Bank, and up the pyramid to the BIS.

      • daveburton says:

phodges, you’re badly confused. Neither the Bretton Woods system nor Keynes were communist, and I have no idea what you’re even trying to say about “the resistance” and the War On Terror.

As for Keynes, he had many faults. He was promiscuously bisexual, and an enthusiastic eugenicist, and his economic influence was, on the whole, negative. But he was no communist, and he had no use for communists.

However, a lot of later day “Keynesians” are way to the left of Keynes, himself, even if usually not quite communists.
