There was also conflicting information about what type of weapons Lanza had. At one point, law enforcement officials told NBC News that Lanza had four handguns while he stalked the halls of Sandy Hook, but that could not be confirmed.     Holmes also supposedly had a rifle, shotgun, and pistol(s)…and cs canisters???

    It is ironic that the CNN/MSNBC media blogs are chastising anyone who believes no rifle was used, when they were the ones pushing that angle from Dec to Jan.

  5. What was the weight of all the guns, ammo, and vests that he was supposed to be carrying? I’ve been given to understand that he wasn’t an outdoorsy guy, spending all day on the computer. How did the 98 pound weakling carry everything into a locked building? Nothing in this story makes sense.
