The Sweetest Thing

After gaining complete control over all firepower in the US (military and DHS) Barry will be able to look back and laugh at how he convinced Americans to give up their guns.

What could possibly go wrong with having one person be in command of both the military and domestic security forces, and no one else in the country capable of providing a deterrent to the abuse of power?
