So, if govt authorities discover by pharmacy records a person is on an SSRI, they confiscate the gun, but patients on antipsychotics such as Risperdal or bipolar meds such as Zyprexa or Abilify are O.K.?
Schizophrenia patients or patients with depression who are unmedicated because they haven’t yet accessed the medical system are O.K. to have a gun?
What if the patient is taking an antidepressant for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) rather than for depression? Sorry, gun confiscated. Depression well-controlled on their SSRI? Sorry, gun confiscated.
I’d like to see a copy of the purported letter being sent out to gun-owners.
Anyone that views Fox news, Drudge Report, Telegraph etc…, will be put on medication immediately and of course their guns will be confiscated, for everyone’s best interests!
