Cable News Is The Number One Source Of Insanity

Imagine an America without cable news.

No one would worry about CO2. It is a 100% man-made form of mass insanity.

Americans are more likely to be hit by lightning than shot by an assault rifle, yet cable news has driven paralyzing fear into millions.

Almost everyone would understand that Barack Obama is not even remotely suitable to be president, except for the endless stream of propaganda from cable news corrupting their thought process. Candy Crowley went so far as to actually tamper with the election process, in collusion with the White House.

Turn off the TV and regain your sanity. Or at least keep it tuned to the Fox Soccer Channel, like I do.

Barack Obama hates most Americans. This is what he thinks about the Bill of Rights.

they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.

The word cling implies that someone is trying to take something away from you.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Obama is already confiscating guns in New York, and he is only a few weeks into his second term.

I too removed the idiot box from my life some 30 years or so ago. This has freed me from the time wasting it had imposed on me. It took me some time to realize this waste but now I’m glad for having more free time.
Funny enough, for the longest part of my working life has been spent in the TV business – ensuring that transmitters, program feed equipment, antennas, etc., and later MPEG coders and decoders all worked correctly.

I have never owned an IDIOT BOX (TV); and rarely watch it when I travel and stay in hotels and motels. When I do, I usually notice how much WORSE it has been getting.

The average Idiot Box watcher should not watch any TV for at least six months, then go back and watch some – most of them will see how bad it really is, and that they were simply used to the crap on it. But, I am sure that lots of them could NOT go six months without watching TV – uninformed, low information, voters – brain-dead LOSES with out a meaningful life.

I use mine for music, and documentary viewing mostly. I have a DVR loaded with great concerts and the best documentaries the idiot box offers. I hate canned music.

When my wife and I went to Europe in the spring of 2003 we shut off the satellite dish. When we came back 3 months later we never turned it on again. We get our info from diligent searching of the internet. We also get a lot more done.
