The taxpayers in LA are on the hook to pay what these sociopathic goons did – THE SHOOTERS SHOULD BE PAYING THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. And, they should be charged and taken to court and do time in JAIL, as should the sociopathic goon who is the “chief” of police.

It never ceases to amaze me at the generosity shown with other peoples money, particularly when it is used to absolve civil servants of responsibility.
If you’ve ever been pulled over for a traffic ticket down there, it’s an experience. You turned improperly and they’re ready to draw down on you. They assassinate a lot of drivers down there… typically for failing to pull over quickly, or trying to drive away.

Funny thing how an attack or threat to themselves or one of their own gets them all gung ho crazy with their tactics and they swarm about like a bunch of bees who just had their beehive kicked over, ready to blast away at any suspect perceived as involved. They don’t exhibit this kind of zeal when it comes to protecting the general public. The motto should be changed from “To protect and serve” to just “To protect our self-serving”.
