Older, Thicker Arctic Ice Has Increased 50% During The Last Two Years

The amount of 3+ year old ice is up from 7% in 2011 to 10% in 2013. There is more 3+ ice now than there was five years ago.

The amount of 4+ year old ice is up from 3% last year to 5% this year. There is 60% more 4+ ice than there was last spring.

    But that thick ice is still thinner and more rotten than the thick ice of the past. There are over 123,934 peer reviewed papers that clearly demonstrate that fact!

    Where is that ice that never melts? The alarmists are constantly alluding to its existence, and I cannot find it. Could it be hiding with Trenberth’s heat?
