    Somebody better tell Bill Nye, the show biz Gadfly, that Japan has always had tornadoes. He previously stated that only North America had tornadoes. You’ll find Bill Nye on the set of Dancing with the Stars.

    Declining = more extreme.
    Prefix any sentence or phrase with ‘relatively’ allows the official version of the truth to be inserted, e.g. Tornadoes are relatively uncommon in Japan, but ….
