They need a spokesman to say
President Obama’s overheated rhetoric is inappropriate, unacceptable and diametrically opposed to everything he claimed to be as a candidate.
Most Americans don’t want Obamacare. We need constructive discussions, not destructive venom from the White House.
Instead, they just keep taking abuse and babble incoherently.
I think they are doing fine. As long as they don’t cave in and give up. Keep it shut down and pass appropriation bills one at a time to refund everything EXCEPT Obama care
They are not doing fine. They need to shut Obama up and it would be easy to do.
/chuckles Well, perhaps we’re seeing different sides of this. I think they all need to be removed from office. Both Dems and GOP. Period. So let’s get that clear. While they are there and they are keeping Obamacare from being funded, they “are doing fine”. If they can completely DEFUND it – which they can – they would be doing much better. Otherwise they all should be fired.
If they don’t shut Obama up immediately, his rhetoric will become the basis of the 2014 Congressional campaign. They are being complete idiots allowing him to talk like this.
Technically… (and use that word loosely at this point) this is still a “Free Country” and I suppose he has as much right to be a loud mouthed liar as anyone in Congress has. lol But you’re right. They need to do something, quickly. Shut down the White House.
They did not educate themselves to be straight-talkers, for the most part, nor to actually rise to the occasion. With that understood, I agree with American Patriot. I also agree with you; they need to LEARN how to do better in showing Obama up for what he is, and the quicker the better.
I have seen hints in the last two days that a few of them are. But I could well be wrong again.
They are just facing reality, the Ted Cruz approach has failed along with the disinformation campaign. Give it time and Americans will like it as much as they do Social Security and Medicare. Your approach should have been more patient to try to take back the Senate and White House. The Cruz approach was counter productive and Obamacare is even more entrenched. Time for the cave, and stop damaging the economy.
Yes, the people who shoved it down our throats like it so much, they exempted themselves, and their major donors.
‘So’ much. iPhart.
Obamacare is doomed either way. Once people find out what it is, it will be flushed with the rest of the crap.
Obama is destroying the US Constitution and way of life, and you approve.
You are a deluded liar, since the only “disinformation campaign” has been that FOR Obamacare, and you have no idea whether “Obamacare is more entrenched” or not, that is just blatant propaganda on your part, consistent with the propaganda from on high, in the Obama administration’s and the Democrats’ official (and desperate) narrative now to the silly-minded masses. I am on Social Security and Medicare (Part A only, I can’t afford Part B, or health insurance) and I won’t apply for government-mandated “insurance”, period. My life is not in this world alone, nor is yours, but I know it and you don’t, and that makes a world of difference in our views of the matter. I don’t need what you’re selling, and I won’t buy it. You cave, I have better things to do.
So basically, you got yours with SS and medicare and you don’t want anyone new getting anything.
I had the Ted Cruz and Lee filibuster on in the background and I heard about things that I was not aware of previously. If a few other American citizens learned a few things too, I think the whole thing was worth it. Everything is up to the house!
Grover Norquist had an interesting quote about how Cruz got all his compatriots to stand out in the street of oncoming traffic while he safely stepped back to the curb.

Educate yourself son. If everyone wanted it, why this?
I’m sure they will learn to love it, just like the young man who is paying $280.00 a month for a policy that would have cost him $45.00 a month. There’s going to be a lot of angry people.
It’s the Democracts and Obama’s fault. At the time it was passed the national debt was 13 trillion and now it’s 17 trillion. The federal government spent 4 trillion in the mean time. The cuts have to start somewhere and the ACA is as good a place as any. Defund it now.
An example….

Part of the problem is how things are framed. The incoherent babble is generally a response to a question from a member of the media. A Republican could say (and probably has) those exact words but they would go into a vacuum. Not one single media outlet would carry the words. Nobody outside of the single digit percentage of the population that reads political blogs on the Internet would even be aware it was said. Nobody would hear it on the top of the hour newscast on their commute to work. You can have the best message in the world but if you don’t have a communications channel, it’s useless. The Democrats own the mass communications channels and the social programming in the entertainment industry.
Truly. The crap that’s at the top of the news lately is unbefrigginlievable. Nothing that anyone with any common sense would bother to pay attention to.
Fox is certainly doing ok. It seems that all with sympathies to the right have found their way and migrated over that way. For many it is Fox 24/7. The numbers on the left that actually watch partisian political shows is not that great. It is boring to me. I watch mostly science and history. There are a few good series out there, Breaking Bad, Homeland, and Foyles War. Baseball and football get my attention as well. Most people are tired of politics and just want some entertainment and that is mostly what is out there that you claim is controlled by Democrats. You won’t see this, but I would venture to say one can even find news that is not partisan. PBS Newhour is the best. You probably call it biased but I see all the Republican leaders there on a regular basis and they get to say what they want to say without getting their message stepped on by the moderator. They keep coming back so they must think they are being treated fairly. A competent Democrat will not go on Fox just to get ambushed. But seeing the way you bash mainstream science, you would not agree.
Avery, you’re so intent on post bombing….you’re not catching answers or questions to your posts
…unless that’s the idea
Why is the US media claiming that the majority of people support AHA then, based on their surveys? Comments?
