“We need to wrest the country back from the” totalitarian fools who mistakenly believe they “are in control.”

They suffer from delusions of grandeur that threaten the very survival of humanity.

  2. au1corsair says:

Ah, partisan Democratic Party reporting. In totalitarian countries, the government controls news media. In our country, totalitarian news media pretends that it is the government.

    • Gail Combs says:

      The Banksters control both.

Top Senate Democrat: Dick Durbin, on a local Chicago radio station this week, blurted out an obvious truth about Congress that, despite being blindingly obvious, is rarely spoken: “And the banks — hard to believe in a time when we’re facing a banking crisis that many of the banks created — are still the most powerful lobby on Capitol Hill. And they frankly own the place.”

In 1915 J.P. Morgan interests bought the US media and have owned it ever since. link

      • Jason Calley says:

Confession time… I have a brother who is a “Progressive.” He is otherwise sane and functions very well in normal life, and is very bright. He does not believe that mainstream media is slanted or controlled. He thinks that journalists and editors do their best to give us a fair and balanced search for the truth.

        Really.

He says, “How can you believe that the news is controlled?! Don’t you understand that there are thousands of journalists out there, and they are all hungry to make a name for themselves. If even one of them smelled something fishy with the news, he would dig out the truth and win a Pulitzer Prize!!”

        Really.

    • Herve D says:

To be more precise: In present “western democracy”, media control governments and voters, not the opposite.

  3. emsnews says:

Many a sad reporter learned the truth when, in pursuit of the truth, they suddenly are fired and can’t be hired anywhere.

The media is both right and left wing and BOTH censor the news in different ways, all the time.

    • Gail Combs says:

EMS, go look up the board of directors of the major US news media. Look at who owns them.

It has nothing to do with ‘right’ and ‘left’ wing.
