During the warm winters of the late 1990’s I held high hopes that global warming was improving the climate. But now we are back the same crappy, cold weather of the late 1970’s.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

You think Al Gore and the UN’s IPCC might have misunderstood forces that control Earth’s climate?
+2. Thanks for the laugh!
Don’t know if you are serious or not. But I had some hope that the cyclical nature of hard winters and milder winters would give me a little bit more mild and I think mother nature did that. I was grateful for the mild I got — I have plants in my yard in central Florida that need mild winters at least until they are mature or they will die. I love my foxtail palms.
I am still hoping against any hard freeze in Orlando this year. In the 70s there was never any hope against at least one bad freeze. Don’t get me wrong — there is no measurable anthropogenic CO2 component of the climate.
Does global cooling cause disco?
Yea, – how do you think they jiggle on the dance floor? The learn it from shivering at home. 😉
This crap makes me realize Disco Duck wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever heard, and that at least the disco era loonies knew how to dance.

Don’t mention that word man! When ever I hear it a vision of John Travlota on the dance floor to the Bee Gees comes into my head and they are both traumatic memories I would rather forget ever happened.
Just for you buddy…

Your a cruel gator.
That was cold! 😉
Cold weather correlated with Disco? Maybe so…

Not sure why that link truncated. Blast! Just do an image search for “Disco island”.
Interesting! I knew multiple periods would do that, but apparently it is multiple punctuation marks! It breaks at the .?
Can’t trust bad science to deliver.
