    I see that the snow cover is gone for now. Miserable cold day here in Indiana but our ground is bare also. Have a nice fire going and the cat is splayed out in front of it. Still trying to get my biological clock back in order after a week of working more or less from midnight to noon. Time for a bourbon and egg nog I think.

    In Boulder you can pick wild asparagus popping out of sidewalk cracks. The treat I miss most are oyster mushrooms, also wild for the picking and not hard to find.
