    I watched the whole thing from the comfort of my bed last night. Woke up just in time, the moon was smack bang in the middle of my bedroom window.

    As nearly always, overcast here in my part of the UK. I rarely get to see celestial phenomena.

    Sadly, our skies were clear right up until the eclipse began, then dense clouds moved in right at the worst time. Then, just as the eclipse was finishing up, the clouds moved away. Couldn’t have been worse timing.

    Was out in sub-zero weather last night watching as it went total. Sky was crystal clear in that cold. But I don’t care much anymore for that type of weather, nor my wheelchair. :)

    Single digit viewing for me, clear skies and eerily quiet. The coyotes had been making their presence known up until it went dark, then nothing. Reminded me of the birds going quiet during the last full solar eclipse.
