    lovely bird, lovely photo

Your photos give one a real sense of bird nobility.
Such self-assuredness, focus and calm…even when
    perched atop a pointy cactus

Great pictures! You’ve got soul, Heller.

In my neck of the woods, east Australia, it’s nesting season and the cuckoos have been going ballistic and I’m coming across nests with cuckoo chicks completely conning their hard working “parents”, awa any others, into feeding them.

Reminds me of climate “scientists” and taxpayers.

    Tony, you captured it!

  6. Disillusioned says:

The Kestrel is such a beautiful animal. And the captures.

  7. Disillusioned says:

In the top two and bottom captures, I noticed what appears to be the blood from the Kestrel’s last meal on the white feathers of this magnificent, beautiful miniature raptor’s belly.

    These images are BRILLIANT!
