I am pretty sure those senators carbon footprint is only 10*+ higher than those an average human being can waste in a year,

but this spectacular trip would compensate this for sure.
Max virtue signalling of bureaucrats at its best before they return into their heated and of course air conditioned
rooms for the next five years.

    And i like the tweet:
So stylish and so many trigger&buzzwords were used to show the own supremacy vs the evil guys.

Whitehouse at one time wanted to use RICO laws to jail skeptics. Just another propagandist who wants to shut down the opposition.

How does one make “progress on climate”?

  4. GW Smith says:

The witch-doctors of Africa are more accurate and in tune with nature than the shamans here that progressives worship.

And who pays for these boondoggles?

  6. Psalmon says:

I suggest they go by ship. To help them I have mapped out a track that should give the team of Senators a full look at the loss of Arctic ice.

This also will be by far the SAFEST route as only approximately 300-400 other vessels are operating above the Arctic Circle, out of the roughly 200,000 vessels currently tracked around the world (lower left corner of the image)…about 0.2% of global marine traffic

With all the polar ice now gone, it is not clear why no ships sail over the Arctic Marine Superhighway. A ship can save 4000-5000 km on a route between China and No. Europe or China to So Europe thru Suez, or China and US East Coast. Experts say this is worth $200-$400K. You would think shipping companies would be JUMPING at the chance to save all this money…Alas, they continue to waste $Billions crossing the Pacific, Atlantic, and southern oceans.

This trip and route may help the Senators to explore WHY and what can be done to use this northern resource gold mine.

  7. Denis Ables says:

    “Funded denial/obstruction groups…..”

    The usual liberal/progressive/socialist scientific approach.
