Last Day Of Summer

It will be snowing in an hour or two.

The snapping turtles just hatched. I wonder if they will survive the record cold?

heading to -18C tonight here….the record I have recorded (from someone a long time ago)….1919 was -12.2 C

Trudeau’s “carbon” taxes have to be shut off, they have been too effective…

Sunny day here also. Arctic is having a slow start to the freeze season, the Atlantic side having a very funky year. Lots of ice comparatively before, now having quite a bit of residual melt. It must have gone mad.

They are snapping turtles. They can survive almost anything. Just don’t put your finger near their beaks! Your heart will never beat faster than when the snapping turtle attacks you in the woods.
