No worry. They are letting out criminals out of jail and making ‘ordinary’ folks criminals

When everything is forbidden everyone is breaking the law. Why do you think Bills are 1000+ pages long? So you can find out what’s in it after it is signed into law.
Freedom is a thing of the past for decades by now.

Yep, the snitches are revelling in this aren’t they? Makes them feel better about protecting themselves. I note the various Plod or SS Services have not stopped dog walkers yet dogs (and cats) are known disease vectors. Sorry Toto and friend, you have to stay inside.

““Social distancing would not be a high priority unless someone was in imminent danger,” Ogden said.”

I’m confused. Here in Oregon the State is running TV commercials that suggest you could kill someone if you leave the house. That sounds like imminent danger to me.

Maybe killing the economy will make windmills and solar too expensive to build or maintain . It could save thousands of eagles.
It also makes universities a no go zone Saving The Critical South Boulder Wetlands.

The frantic jumping from one solution to fixing the world to another is enough to trigger whiplash. Plastic bags are back, picnicking and basketball verboten. Vaccines must be fast-tracked regardless of safety or efficacy concerns, while heart disease and diabetes medicines languish in development. Climate change must be addressed, borders and trade opened, children educated solely by the government; while particulate associations with disease are dismissed, unemployment soars in a land of languishing wages, and women are implicitly condemned for the decision to be stay-at-home mothers. The world looks more like an Orwellian nightmare every day. Perhaps, though, some at least are realizing the world is, and always has been, beyond fixing, just as we are, on our own strength and wisdom.

The film “Contagion” laid down the blueprint for the social and work restrictions now being played out. Similarly perhaps – “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”.

  9. Matthew says:

Yep. The tyrants are out in force. Anything but freedom. That’s their rallying cry.
