Someone recently quipped that liberals having the double standard, is better than no standard at all.
We all have to keep hitting them.
This is a good one that should be sent to every liberal/Democrat we know.

    • Disillusioned says:

I heard it phrased a bit differently. Something like…

If it were not for their double standards, leftists would have no standards at all.

“The US was founded by people demanding religious freedom.”

No it wasn’t. It was founded by people keen to avoid paying tax. Or at least that was presented as the motive, much as Cheney et all claimed that WMDs were the reason for the US attack on Iraq.

    • Jeff L. says:

      Open your mind.

There’s a big difference between avoiding taxes and avoiding taxes WITHOUT REPRESENTATION to regulate how tax revenue is used. Not to mention all of the other freedoms that King George prohibited such as a free press, right to assembly, and legal rights such as the requirement for a warrant, and the right to decline self incrimination. The Bill Of Rights is pretty much a list of grievances against George that the colonists addressed.

So who was it that lied about WMD? Back when it was happening, there was wide bipartisan support for taking down Saddam, and nobody disputed the accuracy of the WMD intelligence. If the intelligence was faked, who faked it, and how were they able to do so with so many (Clinton) democrats populating the intelligence agencies?

The plain fact is that Saddam wanted everyone to believe that he had WMD, and the intelligence was based upon fake information that he himself had released.

      Tax to Britannia? no wonder.

My family was forced out of Europe at bayonet point. Their homes, personal property, and their land was confiscated. Any child under 18 months was taken from the family and raised by a good Catholic family. Working age men were imprisoned, tortured, and often died in confinement. We walked across Europe and pooled money together to board a ship, knowing that at least a third of us would not survive the journey. Once in America, half died of disease within the first year. Odd how everyone forgets this.

I am willing to be arrested for singing in church. I’d love to see that on my resume or even my headstone someday. “Arrested for singing in church!” What a bad person!

  5. D. Boss says:

Black national anthem??? Kneeling for the actual anthem – people, we do live in the greatest democracy ever. We all have a vote – with our wallets!

Stop watching NFL, do not go to games, sell or destroy season’s tickets. Do the same for any so called “sport” that offends. If enough people did this – we the people could create change back to more rational behavior!

Start “cancelling” all manner of idiot athletes for having outrageous views or statements – hey what is good the goose is also for the gander. If I can be fired or canceled for saying all lives matter, then they all should be fired or canceled for saying black lives matter!

Start applying the radical left’s tactics against them – MAD has always worked as a deterrent in my view. (if you are going to cancel us, we will cancel you – until no one has a job anymore – and do it – then find a truce after enough collateral damage to the other side)

Set up a task force (private not gov) – to dig up dirt on liberal asses – in gov, media, entertainment, sports – do a “Brett Kavanaugh” on a whole mess of these loony lefties – give them a taste of their own medicine.

Problem with moderate or conservative folks is they fight by the rules – left nuts do not they say “by any means necessary” to get their power and objectives.

Fight dirty – I guarantee our side could be much more vicious if we set our minds to it!

There is a time – to fight fair, and a time to be as nasty as necessary… Turning the other cheek – in these times will simply lead to the downfall of Western Civilization!

I believe the “radical left” is too over confident and self absorbed to realize a key truth. The analogy I posit is that of Japan attacking the US at Pearl Harbor. The left is like the over confident Japanese – whose Admiral Yamamoto is said to have remarked after Pearl:

” I fear all we done is awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve”

Let’s show the radical left what waking the sleeping giant really means! After all, the radicals are a small proportion of society as a whole… They have almost succeeded in making every rational person think they are alone and outnumbered – but that is a false narrative – because the lame stream media and the “cancel” industry have been pushing this agenda – but in reality they are but a few compared to the many silent or sleeping majority.

To continue with the WW II analogy:

” never give in, never give in, never, never – in nothing, great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense” Winston Churchill.

  6. tom0mason says:

Historically in Europe when religions where banned (except for the government mandated version), people secretly had religious services and built ‘priest holes’ to protect their pastors and religious teachers.
While I’m not advocating this action in the USA, it is an alternative for continuing religious worship.
