It’s not about green energy, it’s about advancing globalism — no countries, no borders, all run by an unseen group of elites.

    • GreyGeek says:

An honest audit and money trail analysis would most likely reveal that most of that $7+ Billion went into the pockets of elites and the coffers of Marxist front groups.

      • Solar Mutant Ninjaneer says:

It is not that simple. Most of the money went to projects with good intentions, but with a lot of naivety. Solar energy is really really hard! Most people have no idea how difficult it is. Combine that with political payoffs, poor management, and a desire to spend money to take advantage of a crisis and it amounted to tremendous waste.

We used to ask: How do you make a small fortune in solar energy? Answer: Start with a large fortune.

        • arn says:

          Your comment is nonsense.

You make “mistakes” once because of a lot naivity (and the solar business “naivity mistakes” were already an old dead horse before Obama was even politician.
(just look at all the failures in Europe/Spain)
Doing the same failure over and over again(just as Biden does now,or most US presidents did with all their wars around the world)
is not a mistake but integral feature.

These failures were as much “mistakes” as Obama delivering guns and military equipment to mexican drug cartels(fast&furious scandal) was – a mistake.
All this stuff is following the same pattern.

But if you really think that all of these “experts” in the government
never learn from their mistakes then the mistakebis on your side.
Just to give you a hint.
Several businesses in the solar industrie succeeded help
          from the government,
but those who got the most help from the government totally failed
(just as people in the inner city ghettoes of your country that are run for decades by democrats and now can barely read after leaving school and are drowning in violence – and this “mistake” is happening in every single of those cities.
Not a mistake but deliberate sabotage.

Why do you think Obama got a multimillion dollar netflix job though he has
absolutely no clue about making movies?
He gets paid for his “mistakes”.

    • Robert of Ottawa says:

Well no, it’s about harvesting government greenbacks, and it has been a very successfull scam.

  2. Solar Mutant Ninjaneer says:

I was actually the technical manager for number 24 at a major national laboratory located in Albuquerque, NM before the “Obama Bucks,” as we liked to call it, were rolled out. I got disgusted with SES management and found something else to work on, solar thermochemical hydrogen. I then invented a whole new process for hydrogen production, which we envisioned as a feedstock for synthetic hydrocarbon fuels in a program called “Sunshine to Petrol,” a process the national laboratory I worked for spent roughly $15 million of its discretionary resources on. I demonstrated it in hardware, along with another unrelated invention of mine (for which I was awarded two US patents), but quit on the spot when I was told that although I unquestioningly deserved a top performance rating, I would not be getting it because I was too old. Sorry for the rant, but 12 year later I am still kinda bitter.

As I used to tell anyone who would listen towards the end of my career, the only science that matters anymore is political science and integrity is a character flaw. I know I sound cynical, but it is the absolute truth!

That’s an awful lot of money – for predictable failure.
Isn’t communism wonderful??? (hint – touch of sarcasm there)
There is actually a renewable resource that we could use for electrical energy generation called – coal. Of course we would have to “reassign” some, well lots actually, of the communists before we could use it – again- as they had bet their house on us killing off our coal fired electricity generation so they could kill us off, slowly but surely. We could of course get rid of the communists by NEVER, EVER voting them into power and NEVER, EVER allowing them into ANY position of power and influence. Could of course kill them off but God doesn’t allow that, so we have to just remove them from our society and let them live out their utterly worthless days as a testament to the stupidity of Mankind.
Those that have committed Treason of course must be tried and if/when found guilty punished with either life imprisonment or death, such as our Laws provide.
