This has been a mild winter in much of Michigan, but the winter drags on, and weather forecasters keep looking ahead and telling us that temperatures next week will be TEN degrees above normal! But when you get to tomorrow’s forecast, the temperature stays stubbornly at or below average. With bitter winter snow flurries following a cold night. Just when some warming would be welcome.
