   But Joey said that “we” are going to build 500K charging stations across the country. So folks can drive long distances and not worry about running out of “gas”. You’d only have to worry about your squeaky clean EV bursting into flames with your whole family inside. But who in their right mind would invest in such a massive project when there is no demand? The Gubmint of course. But that unaccountable monolith decided it was a better idea to throw boatloads of “money” at Ukraine and Iz-Rul instead. Pointless charging stations are relegated to the back burner. There are a few around here in the upscale areas. I’ve never seen anyone actually using them
