What is an ‘urgent link?’
‘It recognizes that climate impacts, such as water scarcity, food insecurity, and displacement, can fuel conflict, particularly in vulnerable regions.’
If I understand English correctly, this means it can happen where it can happen. Perhaps Kamala can give the opening speech at COP 30. She will need a job [for which I am still giddy!].
BTW, when they talk about ‘water scarcity, food insecurity’ they are saying global government should take them over. Not your local water utility, but somebody in Brussels in charge of your water. They are calling for catastrophe.

Has the UN actually contributed usefully towards world peace?
The UN is located in the country that has been either waging war around the world all the time and/or installing proxy regimes after those wars or via “revolutions” ;
and it has not stopped a single of those conflicts nor held a single of those warcriminals accountable.
Considering that the UN is located on the small island that sponsored Hitler and the Russian Revolution
and that the endgame of all these conflicts(none of them caused by AGW)and the climate scam is to shift all power to the UN it is unlikely
that they are interested in ending conflicts until they achieve their goals.
The UN had an easy task to stop a massive genocidal conflict,
when its armed Soldiers faced a group of killers only armed with machetas in Rwanda – those soldiers did?Nothing.
The UN will not be able to contribute to anything much in the future when The Don cancels the huge 11 billion US contribution to their efforts to foment wars, encourage muslim aggression and terrorism, and be the fount of climate misinformation.
